We aim to deliver any order to the delivery location within 7 days of the order being placed, but usually much quicker.
First Class Delivery / Free Delivery
Orders which qualify for free delivery will be sent via Royal Mail first class signed for. This will also be the case if first class has been selected during checkout. If you are not in during the attempted delivery a card will be left and you will be able to collect from your local sorting office.
Second Class Delivery
If the second class postage option is selected during checkout you can expect the delivery to take a day or two longer and there will be no tracking available. If you are not in during the attempted delivery a card will be left and you will be able to collect from your local sorting office.
Products on Backorder
If a product is currently on backorder with our suppliers you will be informed via email within two days of ordering. We aim to deliver any goods on backorder within 7-14 days of the order being placed, if not much quicker.
Out of Stock Items
If in the unlikely event a product is out of stock you will be informed via email within two days of ordering. We will make every effort to fulfil the order but this could have an extended delivery time of 3-6 weeks. If a product is out of stock we will offer several options of similar colours or styles, which are in stock and you may be happy to select an alternative. If at this point you are not happy with the delayed delivery time or the alternative options available then a full refund will be given.
